The Walks Are Getting Longer!

Today we walked the rest of the valley.  For Daniel and Nicole, the route was: Cernier, Engollon, Vilars, Saules, Savagnier, Villiers, Dombresson, St Martin, Chézard, Cernier.  Using the tried and true Bega Valley Bushwalkers 1hr=5km, this was a 25km walk.  And it feels like it too!

Another cow for Aja - this one was munching through a field of flowers with it's friends.

For Ross Elliott - yep, we were in a hunting zone (but it was pretty quiet, so maybe it was out of season).

A deer farm (?).  Ross you would have been hard-pressed to control yourself here I suspect.

Our lunch spot for the day.

A water break in the forest.

Looking back on the forest we'd been walking in across a grassy field.

Some very French looking houses in Villiers.

The fountain opposite the houses in Villiers - most fountains in Switzerland have drinkable water.

Jan's favourite seat - mainly because it means we only have a few more km before we get home.
